Additional Services…

As your health coach, I will help you find the best providers (doctors, therapists, nutritionists, exercise specialists, etc.) to meet your needs and maximize your health, holistically.

Along the way, I will provide you with educational information so you can better understand your condition and possible treatments.

We may examine the potential impact of stress, sleep, nutrition, exercise, relationships, and life stage as additional ways to maximize your health and well being.

Scope of Practice

I am not a mental health professional. If emotional or psychological factors are impacting your sex life, I will refer you to a mental health provider. Many people benefit from sex counseling while also receiving mental health services.

As a licensed pelvic physical therapist, I have used a biopsychosocial and trauma-informed approach with my patients for over 30 years. While my physical therapy expertise is an invaluable resource and asset, the sexuality counseling/coaching I provide is not physical therapy intervention or advice, and no physical examination will occur.

I received a certificate in sexuality counseling from Pelvic Global Academy in 2023 and am a member of AASECT.
